Stephen Gould joined the Board of Everards Brewery a 6th generation family company (Stephen is non-family MD) as Trade Director in March 2003 and was appointed Managing Director in March 2005.
In 1989 he graduated from Staffordshire University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Sociology.
He has worked in the pub and leisure industry for over 25 years in Human Resources, Operational and Commercial roles, previously with Bass Plc and Punch Taverns Plc.
Stephen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD), Outstanding Business Alumnus of Said Business School, Oxford University, Development Board Member at Staffordshire University and has held Board positions at Nottingham Business School and the British Beer and Pub Association.
He lives in Derbyshire with his wife Wendy and three children, George, Lucy and James.
